This was truly saddening to read from LAist. Apparently, the city's go to agency, LASHA, has been doing an utterly awful job. So much so, we don't have any real info on if our money has been used correctly at all. It's probably the worst thing we've read on the city's management of resources. And, the effect on so many lives, it's mind-boggling bad.
