Lightscape is a multimedia artwork created by artist Doug Aitken in collaboration with the Los Angeles Master Chorale and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Lightscape is a shapeshifting act of contemporary storytelling that unfolds in various stages.

Kick off the Lunar New Year with a bang! Monterey Park's Lunar New Year annual festival features vendors offering unique gifts and specialty items, food booths with various types of delectable items, amusement rides, and lots of live entertainment. The traditional New Year lion and dragon dancers will kick off the festival Saturday morning. Various types of entertainment will be featured on both days. A carnival fun zone will be featured in parking lots at the corner of Garvey and Lincoln Avenues.
 
 
Saturday, January 18th & Sunday, January 19th | 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.Enjoy back-to-back fitness demos from brands like Nike, Lululemon, Vuori, Rumble Boxing and more as they take attendees through a morning workout session to jumpstart fitness goals this year!   On Mon. Jan. 20, Keida Mascaro hosts his monthly comedy showcase, Save the Robots at The Comedy Store. This month's line-up includes Dean Delray, Katherine Blanford, Billie Lee, Kaela Crawford, and many more. 100% of ticket sales will be donated to 3 different charities supporting firemen, civilians, and animal rescue.

The Comedy Store are also accepting donations for Fire and Emergency Response Teams that are continuing to fight the fires.
