An annual favorite. Why? Because the people behind Mega 64 have a utterly horrible eating competition each year. It's always a surprise what they'll stomach and what you'll watch. Straight up, it's gross and people have vomited in past specials. It's always a strange theme and a new twist for whatever garbage they're going to scarf down.
