"Knott's
Scary Farm is Southern California's longest-running and most haunting
Halloween theme park event. This anniversary's lineup includes 10
frightening mazes, 5 sinister scare zones and 4 hair-raising shows.
Guests can expect to experience their worst nightmare as the most
horrendous monsters await around every corner ready to turn you into
their next victim."
You've really go to go through the different scare packages...
Knott's
might not be connected to any of the horror franchises or latest scary
movie, but they make up for it by making up their own scares like
they've been doing for more than, well it'll be 50 years. Knott's is the
old school haunt you can always come back to and get the berries scared
right out of you.
Select nights Friday, September 20th and runs through Saturday, November 2nd
1126 Queens Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90802

We're
glad Dark Harbor is back, the whole Shaq themed Halloween was funny,
but made no sense. And they never used the name Haunted Shaq.
"Dark
Harbor is a massive Halloween festival that takes place on The Queen
Mary and surrounding harbor. This year’s event will feature haunted
mazes, live entertainment, themed bars and lounges, experiences on-board
the ship, festive eats and treats and, of course, the return of well
known icon characters."

One
of our favorites of the season. You get on a hayride and get driven
into the scares. We've enjoyed the different themes per year and hope
they come up with some awesome new turns. The Witch of the Woods theme
seems like a great new fright.
Oddly,
having Janelle Monáe have her own section called Monáe Manor has our
attention. We guess it's not so weird with Shaq having his own themed
haunt for two years and The Weeknd having a section at Universal Horror
Nights. What were writing is pay for the extra sections more than just
the ride, they're well worth it.
Sept 20th-Nov 3rd every night, but Monday
$tart at $109.99
Always considered the top tier haunt to do, we can't hear how this year goes.
"An
epic and haunting adventure awaits those willing to play their part in
Delusion’s latest interactive play. You will play the role of Dr.
Frederick Lowell’s most prized patients, found sleepwalking on the
grounds of the Red Castle. Yet this time, when you awake, your memory
has faded and Dr. Lowell is nowhere to be found."
