Halloween 2024 News: Uzamki and Horror Movies Galore

Our guide to all thing Halloween is up for all you need to start prepping for Halloween...if you aren't already headed to a theme park or haunt.

 
Here's the latest Halloween news.

Uzumaki, based on one of the best horror manga's ever, is starting on Adult Swim Sept 28th @ 12:30pm. It's only a few episodes, so don't miss it.

 


If you like it, check out the rest of Junji Ito's work. His latest collected short story book is called Alley from Viz. It's always a well made book from Viz, but we guess we want the backstory on how and when the stories were first released in Japan. We're guessing they were first released in a weekly/monthly comic magazine over there.


How many have you watched?

Wait, didn't we get this movie last year? Yeah, we did and it was called Totally Killer, but it was on Prime. History repeats itself.

We also have trailers for Terrifier 3 in theaters October 11th. Oddly, set during X-Mas. And, V/H/S Beyond, headed to Shudder Oct 4th. We're looking forward to Beyond a bit more as we get so many different directors in this new anthology centered around alien terrors.


We highly recommend getting a copy of the WNUF 2 (Out There Halloween Mega Tape) 2-Disc Deluxe Edition Blu-ray from Terror Vision. It's a pre-order and ships this October. It's a legacy continuation of the first WNUF movie. It once again looks like someone ripped a VHS tape to show you something pulled from the airwaves. However, this time it's a couple of tapes from the 90's showing off a talk show and a special event for a supernatural new show you've never heard of. An excellent mix of a horror story sprinkled into a in-joke of 90's culture.
