Well, that's because it wasn't Mark Hamill.

Really weird situation where the release of the animated film had the wrong voice actor or the recording wasn't finished. WB's has not released any info on why it came out with the wrong voice actor. Many fans noticed it didn't sound like Mark Hamill and WB's gave no info that it wasn't him upon release.
