Outhouse Races 2023

The Outhouse Races was golden...or really had one Golden Girls themed outhouse racer. A smaller affair this year and in a different location, there were only three races held at this very silly event. If you don't recall, anyone can build a people-propelled vehicle that must look like an outhouse an then race each other in this annual 29 Palms event. 

The winner is still awarded a golden plunger. You're given a painted mural toilet seat just for participating.

Usually there's a lot more Marine racers, there's a base not far. But, it was assumed many might be on call and weren't able attend this year's proceedings. Still, you had some ridiculous runs of people kicking their legs or holding for dear life as the rush down a closed down street in a mobile toilet.
