There's a pop-up in Long Beach selling Oscar Mayer's Cold Dogs, a popsicle that tastes like a hot dog with a little bit of mustard on it.
The stupid new law that would allow bars to stay open till 4am, didn't make it. Other than restaurant and bar owners, no group wanted the increase in bar time as the number of problems from drinking later would have caused a huge amount of problems. Mainly countless DUI's and people getting killed by drunk drivers.
