We would have told you earlier, but Nintendo of America's PR team forgot to remind us about it like they usually do. This is also probably the first special event they've done in maybe two years with Covid. Sadly, Nintendo won't have a presence at WonderCon like they have in the past, which would make total sense for all these fun photo-ops. Here's hoping they save these statues for AX.
Ooh, gotta remember some of Nintendo's team might have been fired too with the closing of the Redwood City office, last year.
Anyway, let's hope the PR team bounces back as the CityWalk event is not even up on their official Twitter as of writing this.
