*Kind of weird it's not in Little Tokyo, but hey we didn't even have AX this year for them to show off their stuff.
The Long Beach Museum of Art is thrilled to announce Tristan Eaton: All At Once,
a 25-year retrospective of the Los Angeles native’s work. Tristan Eaton
began pursuing street art as a teenager, painting everything from
billboards to dumpsters in the urban landscapes of the cities where he
lived—from London to New York City. After growing up on comic books,
graffiti and skateboard culture, Eaton designed his first toy for
Fisher-Price at the age of 18 and soon became a driving force in the
world of Art Toys, designing the Dunny and Munny figures for Kidrobot.
In 2004, Eaton founded Thunderdog Studios, a leader in advertising
and commercial-art spheres, with regular commissions from a roster of
clients including Nike, Versace, Disney, former President Barack Obama,
and Elon Musk and SpaceX. Triston Eaton: All At Once will debut
at the Long Beach Museum of Art and showcase 25 years of work by the
artist, including street art, illustration, rock poster design and
printmaking.

Group show based on the #ThinispaceHappyPlace contest we held during
Covid-19 lockdown in summer of 2020. We had over 300 creatives submit
their version of their happy place, a place that they escaped to, in
order to survive mentally through the past year. We chose 21 of our
favorite submissions and asked them to each submit a work measuring
30x30cm that kept with the theme of the original contest. Be happy. Thinkspace Projects is thrilled to present Evoca1’s debut west coast
solo show.
‘Sanctuary’ is a series that embodies Evoca1’s agenda to
merge art and humanity into a single creation. With photorealistic works
that have a delicate quality, he effortlessly conveys the nuances of
human life, creating scenes of human life and emotion. Thinkspace Projects presents Tran Nguyen’s fifth solo show with the
gallery. ‘Remedy’ is a collection of work focusing on the complicated
relationship between humans and nature. With striking paintings and
illustrations that create a balance between the soft and beautiful and
the borderline haunting, ‘Remedy’ creates a utopian world where a small
human population and a variety of flora and fauna coexist in a symbiotic
relationship, giving way to magical species and fantastical visuals.

"Signing up for Codename makes you a new recruit with
the Bureau for the Unexplained and Non-Normal (B.U.N.). As an agent,
you’ll be dealing with aliens, cults, and all manner of
sci-fi/horror/fantasy fare. The best part is that more missions are
forthcoming, unlocking new menu items and bonus content as you level up,
so there’s a reward for investing in the story and maintaining your
online agent profile. It’s also a solid choice for families looking for a
game night that comes with dinner."
