toward a more pure expression of the unconscious mind. We will explore
his “Stalker in the Attic” (1926) and the film The Watcher in the Attic (1976) directed by Noboru Tanaka, the omnibus film Rampo Noir (2005), and Suehiro Maruo’s graphic novel The Strange Tale of Panorama Island (2010), among other works.

Resident Alien finally premieres tomorrow night on SYFY. We've been looking forward for this one for a while as SYFY has been, well, lacking sci-fi from its schedule.
It stars Alan Tudyk as an alien impersonating the local town doctor. He's got a lot to learn about humanity and possibly help solve murders with a fun eccentric small town cast.
Some good special effects and a cast that might grow on ya, might just make it a hit. But, it at least looks better than all the other shows on SYFY right now.

The stars must be aligned for two such great Gor-ending-in-man related names to come up in the same week. One's a local lady who just gave a poem to the nation at Biden's inauguration. The other is an alien despot monster controlled by a little girl. Why isn't this already a TV show Netflix? Put them together, you lazy one movie a week service. Who cares; I want a Youth Poet Laureate and a scary alien monster emperor as crazy room mates.
Amanda Gorman, born and raised in LA, just gave one of the most wonderful speeches about America for the inauguration of our new President. It was not an empty speech about how great we are, but that we should strive to be better and learn from the past to be something more. It was touching and showed an immediate difference with the leadership of our country.
On the other side you have the upcoming messed-up monster movie of PG:Psycho Goreman coming out this Friday 1/22/21 on VOD. The Goreman in this sci-fi, horror, action & comedy is an alien despot who was buried on Earth by his enemies eons ago, but a little girl wakes him up and somehow controls him, making him her friend. It looks like a former Power Rangers villain convention, but with an R rating and buckets of blood. We can't wait to see it.
With these Gor/e/mans 2021 is already looking brighter. Let's hope they get some deal together on some streaming platform.
Wired.com doesn't seem to care about it's print companion as it has varied news stories of interest up online, right now. Sadly, the latest print issue for Wired Magazine's Feb 2021 issue is just part of a book about World War III. No analysis, no articles, no diagrams from its reporters breaking down the novel. It's compromised just of a scenario of the next world war and we're not gonna name it, because Wired gave it all the press it needs.
We're not sure if it's because its editor, Nicholas Thompson, is going to become chief executive of The Atlantic next month and is leaving Wired or Wired just needed the cashola.
It's just pathetic.
The only thing we can kind of compare it to is when Wizard Magazine was failing, so it sold its cover as ad space.
Either the magazine side of Wired is going the way of the Dodo or someone just got a lot of money for previewing a novel.

It looks like-just like when you vote-you get a sticker/s when you get vaccinated for Covid-19. Well, it's at the discretion of the place giving out the vaccine.
The CDC has provided handlers of the vaccine a sticker sheet PDF here. But, as you can see above, it looks like the art chosen for the sticker/s is by whomever is dolling it out. And those handing out the vaccine don't have to even give out stickers, it's just some sort of promotion to remind people to get vaccinated.
And on that news, let's not forget Disneyland's giant parking lots are going to become a place to get vaccinated too.
