The biggest Halloween get together in the city. This crazy big event take place on street cut-off from traffic with thousands of people in costume. Live music along hte path lets you walk around and see some of LA's craziest costumes.
*Safety is a huge priority. We saw tons of cops cover every way in or out of the street.
*Parking sucks, take a Lyft or Uber and prepare to walk. A lot of the free shuttle did not work last year.
