CaliBurger Gets Robot Fry Cook, Still A Bad Rip-Off of In-N-Out

CaliBurger, specifically the one in Pasadena, now has a robotic fry cook. Titled Flippy, it uses thermal imaging and 3D imaging to detect how much to cook and flip burgers. It still needs help from a human to put the burgers on the stove and finish them.

In our review of CaliBurger, we found it to be a reject version of In-N-Out that just wasn't as good. Though it's cool to see a robot, we're still amazed that CaliBurger is even open still. We thought it would have been shut down by now.
