Wilshire Grand Center Has A Light Show For New Year's Eve

Wilshire Grand Center's first New Year is gonna be bright as the sophisticated lighting in it will make it a spectacle downtown this New Year's.

The people behind what's gonna be shown off explain below:

"Starting at 6:00 p.m. PT on New Year’s Eve, the 73-story vertical spine of the Wilshire Grand Center will begin filling-up with color incrementally in perfect synchronization with the passage of time. Each hour, there will be a momentary variation and a foreshadowing of what’s to come. Exactly at 11:59 p.m. PT, a bold, clear 60-second countdown will begin on the crown signage display on both sides of the building. The brilliance of the Wilshire Grand Center’s crown signage will make the countdown visible for an approximate 15 mile radius surrounding Los Angeles. At midnight, a surprise grand finale will usher in the New Year."-StandardVision

That sounds awfully nice. So if in the downtown area on New Year's Eve you only have to look up to see how much longer until it's 2018 or your phone or watch, but this way is a lot cooler.
