The night of offering evokes memories of the past and passed, while Angelenos connect with traditions across borders and states. Noche de Ofrenda opens the week-long exhibition of Altars + Art in Grand Park.
Noche de Ofrenda is produced in partnership with Self Help Graphics & Art, and will feature traditional dance and prayer led by the local indigenous community, as well as Los Angeles-based poets and musicians. The community altar will be collaboratively curated by Mujeres de Maiz and Ni Santas, where offerings can be placed by all.

We’re teaming up with Lola’s Mexican Cuisine, Long Beach Stuff, The Frida Cinema, YMCA of Greater Long Beach, the Red Cross, and original Long Beach Zombie Walk creators Long Beach Cinematheque to bring you a ghastly day to remember, kicking off with live music at 2pm, outdoor movies when the sun goes down, and at 8pm, a Zombie Walk down Rainbow Harbor!
