Damn, if this isn't a great Halloween event and it's for charity... Carrie is having its 40th Anniversary Screening and Prom Oct 14 at the oddly named The Theatre at Ace Hotel. A restored version of the film with some of the cast and crew and inconceivable recreation of the prom will be going on this October.
