A visitor named Brooke said staff members told her and others not to take pictures. “The first initial thought from what I could understand was – how do we fix this without anyone knowing? Not how do we fix anyone who got hurt,” she said.

On the eve of the sold out Harry Potter Grand Opening it seems others parts of the park aren't functioning at full speed. The incident came from the tram crashing into a sign at a steep slope.
Universal has had a past of strange incidents, the most high profile was the suicide in front of the Minion ride last April.

The tram tour did have a death way back in 1986.

young Universal Studios employee who was killed Friday night by a tour
tram during a special "Halloween Horror Night" show had been assigned to
jump out and scare passengers on the tram when he was run over and
dragged to his death, officials with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's
Department said.
