In some of the best news for older Turtles fans the 1980 cartoon turtles with original voice actors will be meeting the new CGI turtles in a future episode this March. The two teams team-up to fight Krangs, the original and the new Gilbert Gottfried voiced one. The show will, drool, sorry, blend 3D and 2d animation. All that comes out March 27, in the episode called, “Trans-Dimensional Turtles.”
This is the best news for fans of the 80's turtles since the Turtles Forever animated film which had the 2003 cartoon turtles meeting the 80's team, though sadly no original voice cast.
All we can say is, "Cowabunga, dudes!" We can't wait to see the new episode.
