An innocent bystander in Canoga Park was leaving work Tuesday evening when he was struck by a rogue gang bullet. Details identifying the gangs are scant. One was firing at the other. The bystander died and has not be identified.
Gang activity has been on the rise all around LA this year and the LAPD is not combating it fast enough. They need to get there act together and start breaking up gangs or having more activities for younger kids so they don't join gangs.
Now the rest of the valley has to fear the stupidity of gang violence past downtown.
