We have no idea how good the marketing will be for Adam Sandler's next film, Pixels. Pixels sets Sandler and some comedian cohorts against aliens attacking the Earth in the guise of old-school game characters like Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. The LA Times just discovered a Pac-Man mural at 7th St & Imperial St and suggested it might be some guerrilla marketing for the film. However, looking online, the Pac-Man art has been up at least since last month.
We do suggest that Sony marketing get a hold of the life-size Pac-Man board that was set up in downtown LA for the amazing Bud Light Super Bowl commercial that was shown this year. Reports are that it was packed up and can be reassembled at any time.
