Anime Hype: One-Punch Man Anime Coming

We won't get the One-Punch anime until October! However, we are getting a One-Punch Man anime, based on the funny and action packed manga from ONE and Yuusuke Murata that appears in Shonen Jump. The story revolves around a hero so powerful it takes one punch to defeat his enemies. The hero Saitama looks like a regular dude who lost a bet and has to go around in a sad looking super hero outfit. In reality, he might be the most powerful person on Earth! Eventually, he get's a disciple, the cyborg Genos, who wants to learn to be just as powerful as Saitama. They get swepped up into a hero organization that it is utterly Japanese bureaucracy B.S. it's beautiful, while battling strange and weird creatures and villains. The over the top anime will be directed by Shingo Natsume  known for Space Dandy and Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos. It will be produced by Mad House.


This needs to be the next anime for Toonami.
