Kristen Schaal Should Host The 2015 Annie Awards

The voice of both Mabel (Gravity Falls) and Louise Belcher (Bob's Burgers) should be the host of the 2015 Annie Awards, the award show devoted to animation. This funny girl is so full of life and enthusiasm that she'll make any moment a laugh. In a matter of a ten days the ceremony will take place at Royce Hall, the day before the Super Bowl. No host has been mentioned yet. As such, we nominate her to bring her animated antics, comedic skills and cartoonish voice upstage to entertain us.

She's a lady that can carry a toon, a cartoon. As I won't be writing for her, her jokes should be a lot funnier. With experience from The Daily Show, 30 Rock and Flight of the Conchords, she's more than ready to host a live event.


* Of note, last year, Patrick Warbuton was announced host in November. We're two weeks away without a host named.

*  Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the guys behind The Lego Movie, directed the first episode of The Last Man on Earth coming to Fox in March. Kristen Schaal is a co-star in the series.
