The plotted course of Amplitude, a newer version of the game from Harmonix, has been filled with strife after mentions of large pay-for DLC;for a game that isn't finished, a massive firing of Harmonix employees after getting the money from Kickstarter and only having the Alpha build ready for the PlayStation Experience held in Vegas last December. Now Harmonix's latest update is they're late with the game's projected release date of March of this year and moving it to the Summer.
This goes into a trend of known successful companies and businesses asking for Kickstarter help and not delivering to those who have supported them.
This isn't an indie developer who needs more time, plenty of small teams like Shovel Knight and Hyper Light Drifter have asked for more time with very small teams, but this is a professional company.
Here's to the games release in 2016.
