Shigeru Miyamoto was in LA recently, perhaps to defend
Nintendo against Donkey Kong! I'd love to watch that episode of Judge Judy,
"We don't fling poop in my courtroom, Mr. Kong!". Anyway, if you
remember the Donkey Kong event we covered in 2013, here and here, you'll notice
an actor was dressed up like Mr. Kong, Donkey. The actor, Parker Mills, alleges
that he wasn't allowed breaks or an ice pack. His attorney also alleges that
Nintendo's lack of oversight has caused Mills to suffer an aortic dissection, which
led to a surgery to implant a permanent heart defibrillator. Nintendo reps have
not yet commented on the suit of the man in the Donkey Kong suit.
