Not only is it Halloween, but Little Tokyo is going to be busy and filled with young ladies for Hello Kitty Con (sold out), starting this Thursday. Japan Fair will be going on just a block or two from that Kitty Con, celebrating Japanese culture. The Day of the Dead will be celebrated at the Grand Park nearby and Olvera Street. A few miles away or a Metro ride is Comikaze Expo, that means costumes, costumes, costumes!
