No Sharknado maze, you're missing out Universal.
Starting this September Universal has 22 select nights for
you to get frightened at. Halloween Horror Nights returns from Friday, September
19 through Sunday, November 2, 2014. Tickets are already on sale here.
There's a slate of new mazes, many from Universal properties.
Many that seem like they'll be very weird to go through.
Universal managed to do some impressive mazes last Halloween.
They're bring back the Walking Dead as one of them. This time it's based on the
fourth season.
"The bone-chilling maze will place guests at the heart
of a harrowing journey to seek sanctuary at Terminus, an elusive destination
that promises community for all.
Mirroring the terror that befell the residents of the West Georgia
Correctional Facility, now overrun by savage walkers, the experience will send
guests fleeing from the fallen prison into unknown territory as they stage a
desperate battle for survival against flesh-eating walkers and ruthless humans."
The Walking Dead won't leave you at the park you can try out
Terror Tram:
"Terror Tram: Invaded by the Walking Dead” will take
guests down the daunting path to Terminus, interspersed with landmarks and
walkers from Season 4, including the “burned moonshine cabin,” “charred
walkers” and “mud walkers.”
From Dusk Till Dawn is a new maze based on Robert
Rodriguez’s show of the same name that features “Culebras,” serpent-like
vampires who have tormented the Earth for centuries.
Clowns 3D Music by SLASH will feature a original soundtrack
from Slash himself.
Based on Universal properties comes: AVP: Alien vs. Predator
maze; based on the iconic alien enemies. That should be a weird one to see. An
American Werewolf in London, based on the iconic movie.
Then two TTDILA isn't giving its approval on until we see them
for ourselves. Dracula Untold: Reign of Blood, based on yet another take on
Dracula, you'd think Universal would get a hint after the TV show was staked.
Next we have " Face Off: In the
Flesh, from the SyFy show where make-up artists can make it big.
Scare Zones return to scare women into grabbing their men
and screaming, "Why did you bring me?" Mask-a-Raid, chosen by fans
this year, features hordes of French aristocrats hungry for blood, they're
cannibals. Dark Christmas features a Pagan-themed dark version of the holiday.
Skullz scare zone is based on the Wendigo mythology also hungry for human flesh,
A new feature you can add to your order for extra, Front of
Line ticket option, which enables guests to enjoy priority access at each
“Halloween Horror Nights” maze, Terror Tram and theme park attraction. Advance purchase is recommended by Universal
as event nights will sell out. The Purge Anarchy rounds out the areas as a
future America allows one night of all legal crime.
