As E3 Enters Town What Of LA Game Space?

I hope there's a surprise opening of the LA Game Space, which hasn't updated its Kickstarter page since January, for E3 this year. The 2012 funded project has yet to open its doors and with E3 in town it's a bit of let down with the city so enthralled with gaming.

 The proposed space was to be a haven for game developers to both teach and learn how to make games alongside with multiple game related activities like art shows and special events. No significant updates about the actual space have been shared on the Kickstarter even further back.


E-mails have been sent to their contact e-mail, but no word has been received back as of writing this.

There has been an update on the LA Game Space Facebook page with a party for E3
