Fri. 5/23 at New Beverly Cinema-
The
festivities will begin with a double feature of Joe
Dante's Matinee (1993) and Roger Corman's The Masque of the Red
Death (1964). Joe and Roger will be in attendance for a Q&A prior to
the show along with special guests. Doors open at 7 PM.
Sat. 5/24 at Hero Complex Gallery -
KINGS OF CULT: A Tribute to Roger Corman and Joe Dante
We are proud to present a pop-art tribute to these two legendary directors and Trailers From Hell Gurus.
The opening of the Kings of Cult exhibit kicks off at 7:00pm
with Joe and Roger in attendance. The artwork will pay tribute to their
careers in unique and interesting ways, shedding new light on old
favorites. Original props from their classic films will be on exhibit as
well.
