Free special 2014 April issues of J-Town Guide available around Little Tokyo will devote a section to the stamp rally. After participants dine or buy products from participating restaurants or businesses they will receive a stamp. After five or more stamps have been collected those playing will be able to turn in their stamp guides for lotteries to win prizes between May 2 - May 4.
