The new Emerson College just opened. Iif you wanted to live in an art piece from the same guy who created the Caltrans District 7 headquarters that looks like a sci-fi fortress now is the time. The LA Times calls the Caltrans District 7 headquarters "The Death Star", but I always considered it more of a Star Destroyer near Little Tokyo.
