Panel discussion will run from 7PM - 8PM, followed immediately by the film screening.
The panel discussion will include stunt coordinators and special
effects experts, moderated by SCA Critical Studies Professor René
Thoreau Bruckner. Students are encouraged to arrive with questions
pertaining to the planning and execution of practical effects, safety
issues on the set, the benefits of CGI, and the like. Guests include the
creators of the hit web series Mortal Kombat: Legacy, including co-producer Marina Stabile, director Kevin Tancharoen, and stunt coordinator/2nd unit director Garrett Warren.
