Haunted Play returns this year in Silver Lake of all places. Tickets just went up today and reveal you'll be walking through an old church. The story this time around involves a group trying to escape a plague during California's troubled past. Last year's Haunted Play was ranked as one of the best haunts to be apart of LA by this very site and we weren't the only ones. Haunted Play sold out shows so much that it required additional days to be added in November, which also sold out. This year the event has already planned it's run to go into November, so that everyone has a chance to get scared by them.

The new Coney Island inspired vintage circus ride “ferris-squel,” mini mazes and chilling side shows will have visitors shocked in awe.
The Ringmaster, The Captain and their gaggle of ghosts including Samuel the Savage, Graceful Gale, Half-Hatch Henry and Scary Mary have conjured up an all-new bloodcurdling vintage circus under the big top tent inside the deadly dome."
