Broken-Meter Parking Ticket Time Over

Just a quick note, it's okay to once again park at broken meters here in LA. The City Council just had a unanimous vote to let it pass. The city is been doing so well with the new e-meters being fixed and hardly even being broking they gave the okay. So park wherever they're broken.
