Many beautiful lanterns are up in Little Tokyo right outside the MOCA for the 5th Annual LA Tanabata Festival. The lanterns coming from local businesses, associations and groups and every year you can spot Doraemon of Pikachu. There are many other lanterns to look up at and admire on beautiful days in LA.
