The fair has a many different activities to get lost in. A bunch of carnival rides and games, music, horseracing and a grand pavilion shopping center of 600 vendors.
Pig racing looks to be funny as hell to watch and one of the sports where the loser could easily be eaten. The won't do that, but it be so dark if they did.
The theme of this years fair seems to be inconsistent images and someone who got their son a quick an easy job to cram Photoshop on to the LA County Fair page.
They have Star Trek: The Exhibition up from when it was held at the geodesic dome at the Queen Mary years ago. It doesn't look like it has been updated to account for the new movies. It's an extra $5 to go see.
