The people behind Chipotle are bringing a Southeast Asian restaurant to LA Monday. The concept of the new food place is to speed up production to get delicious food to you faster. I don't know what it's like as I wasn't included in the pr blitz that allowed bloggers and other LA media to check the place out Wednesday, sadness. Maybe, they thought I was at E3.
I'll give you a review when I get over there but you can try it out and tell me what you think in the comments section. I've been waiting for this place for a long time, perhaps two years. I thought it would be a long time before it got over here from Washington D.C., but they've jumped over to the West coast.
