CN sent me a preview and I can say kids will be enjoying the show. This is a much more silly look at the lives of the Teen Titans with the original voice cast, but no one else who was part of the previous show. Glen Murakami, who gave us the titans is busy on Beware the Batman. You have Dan Hipp seemingly being the lead designer and background designer giving a more comic book feel and massive redesign of our titans and giving faces to every object on screen. He puts a face on everything, this man.
Dan Hipp, I don't mention him lightly in this post because every corner of the show has his art in it. Older fans might want to check out are the hidden references and images Hipp throws into the backgrounds.
This show is the titans fighting over sandwiches and pies, not a bad reason to fight, but don't come for deep plot, but deep dish pizza.
Animation was the richest "flash animation" I've seen in a while. Would have liked a more animated feel, but I guess production costs being low was how to sell the show.
