"Nels Cline + Urban Air: Elevated is an all-star event on 4/28/13 in Los Angeles, benefiting the Urban Air project as well as SHFT Mobile Kitchen Classroom. Wilco's Nels Cline, named on both Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Guitarists" and "Top 20 Modern Rock Gods" lists, joins childhood friend and choreographer/director/dancer Sarah Elgart for an one-of-a-kind performance on loftSEVEN Penthouse's Downtown Los Angeles rooftop. The collaboration headlines a dynamic night of music, dance, and art. VIP tickets include a pre-show reception starting at 6:30 pm with Nels and Urban Air artist Stephen Glassman, plus complimentary gourment bites and cocktails. All tickets include complimentary beer and wine. Must be 21+ to attend. Mobile Kitchen Classroom is a new nonprofit organization launched by Peter Glatzer and Adrian Grenier's SHFT that seeks to provide high school students with the opportunity to engage in experiential lessons around food, health, and sustainability."
