The 405 freeway is doing so bad the co-founder of Paypal wants to give even more money than the $50,000 he already donated. The widening has run into massive problems including tearing down sound walls made during the project when they were found to be structurally unstable.
The project is now set to be over in June 2014 and 100 million dollars over budget.
