International Pizza Expo 2013 March 19-21 Las Vegas

Though TTDILA won't be covering it this year the International Pizza Expo goes on. This three-day event let's proprietors of circular meat, sauce,cheese and dough discuss the business and best way to make it, both financially and simply cooking it. It takes place in Las Vegas and not too far from Amusement Expo. My favorite event is still the World Pizza Games where pizza makers from all over the world show off their best skill swirling dough.
