Gadzooks! Fans of Edward Gorey were strutting there stuff up in the Hollywood sky. Just driving up to the Fonda Theatre I was already enticed to have a wonderful evening by seeing the fantastic costumes, dresses and outfits that patrons of the Edwardian Ball were walking up in. Hollywood already had a better red carpet Saturday night, right before the Oscars, a little further down the street. Here is but a taste of some of smashing attire that people wore. I'm somewhat dismayed there isn't a costume contest. Be you a fan of steam punk or just want to wear a top hat and monocle for once, this was the place to be.
