Weekly What To Do: Zombies Didn't End The World

How To Survive A Zombie Apocalypse

I'm so glad these guys are back and all the way from England no less. You might remember I covered this guide to zombie survival last year when it was part of the Fringe Festival. Your teachers are both b-horror stereotypes and highly informative zombie survivors. If you're a zombie horror fan, this is a must. I was one of two survivors from there show. You see you are tested during this show to see if you learned zombie safety. Thanks to my knowledge of zombie movies I had plenty of prior knowledge to survive, but I wasn't a ultimate survivor. You have to be really hardcore to be the best of the best.

People see a connection with the films with the architecture and cityscapes. I'd throw in The Matrix for good measure.

Discussion (6:30pm): "Digging Snowmastodon: Discovering an Ice Age World in the Colorado Rockies" with Dr. Kirk Johnson
In October 2010, a bulldozer operator working at the base of the Snowmass ski area in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains uncovered the skeleton of a young female mammoth. Over the next 11 months, this find would yield a treasure trove of amazingly well-preserved ice age fossils - more than 5,000 bones of over 40 kinds of animals - and would change forever our understanding of alpine life in the ice age. Join Dr. Kirk Johnson as he tells the dynamic story of this discovery and dig: the excitement, emotion, and the colorful cast of characters who made the project a success
Performances (8pm- 10pm): Lord Huron and Wildcat! Wildcat!
