Wow, hadn't been on Melrose for a while and was sad to see Munky King gone. It lives
on online. Sadness, much sadness my readers, this place spread the word on vinyl toys and mini-figures. Showing off multiple artists and being part of cool events I wonder what happened. It made the street pop, breaking up the tattoo parlors and strange medical marijuana stores.
Not too far away a still very new TAG Art gallery and vinyl toy store sits, how could it be doing well enough to stay afloat while it's senior Munky King got taken out? I wonder if it will be remembered at this years DesignerCon , which is all about the items Munky King sold.
