This was the scene outside for the premiere of the Human Centipede 2 at The Nuarte October 7th. Sadly, I wasn't part of the festivities, Ben Kenber did attend the second night's screening reporting such lovely quotes like "You are responsible for cleaning up your own j--- at the end of the movie!"and"Wow!
