Two Sides of LA

Reddit LA captured two great articles in the LA Times Opinion-Editorial section. Both are accounts of living downtown. One is seeing it as a "low-grade horror movie" the other seeing it as a friendly community.  My view is more of that of Mr. Armstrong.
