As I entered Kit Kraft Hobbies, I realized how long it had been since I'd built a model Indian totem pole for elementary school using their supplies. I remembered the episode of Reno 911 where the used the store as a crime scene and shot someone. Probably the best supply hobby shop in LA. They have the miniatures, paint, fake jewels, tiny metal keys, and small dishes of tiny babies to throw at someone. Yes, they sell tiny baby miniatures near the front desk, why I don't know, but there perfect for throwing tiny babies at someone.
If your into model kits they have a fine selection, I didn't know Galaxy Quest had real toys, it was funny to see them there. They have star tek and star wars, Gundam and Eva. Even a freaky horse guts model that shows you what organ go where in a horse, a gift to give a future serial killer. I mean who they Hell do you give that to? It's not a regular size model either it was bigger than most there.
Back to the main point of the store is the supplies, they probably have the best amount of supplies for miniature set building or even stuff you might need for a indie production.
