Passing by Monster Party on Highland, I believed it to be some sort of restauraunt. Instead, I found Billy Hendrickson a prop designer and a bunch of movie props. The place is used for concerts and some of Billy's prop making. Billy said he was moving a lot of his stuff out to make more room for let's say the comfy quarters. From what I've seen on facebook they have some wild shows.

They carrot is pat of a band called the Radioactive Chicken Heads and on a fun little note the opened up for the Re-Animator Musical.
