So I had to try the new Freebirds that opened up in Marina Del Ray. Fast service, friendly attitude and a big burrito.
I read somewhere how it was founded by two hippies who rolled dope all the time, they happened to also roll burritos, using all the skills from there dope rolling. The Pot Brownie available at Freebirds, which contains no pot is a clear indication of hippies having some fun with the place.
Let's get down to the food, it's big and filling. Stop thinking about gay jokes. Anyway you choose the size, by how hungry you are. The burrito is made the way you like it with multiple choices along the way.
The staff at the Marina Del Ray one I went to was very happy and communicative. They seems to like attention, but there not as bad as cold stones, there refreshing to be around. What was also refreshing was how alive the place looked at the chalk mural that can be changed over time.More than one of these just open, the one near USC is suppose to be a huge hit near all the college kids
