The Annie Awards 2011
Let's hope Adventure Time wins Best Animated Television Production for Children.Last year, Adventure Time lost to Robot Chicken, but know there no longer in the same category. Also Adventure Time was robbed.
If you don't know, The Annie Awards are a animation awards show held here in LA.
They are considered one of the highest honors to recieve in the field of animation. Some of the top cartoonists will be in attendance. Matt Groening, Bruce Timm, Seth Green and other well known makers of silly drawings and action figures punching each other will be enjoying themselves and possibly winning awards.
I'll be reporting on the event, maybe in video.
To check out the categories and more info.
The 38th Annual Annie Awards will take place on Saturday, February 5, 2011, at UCLA's Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California. Award ceremony begins at 7:00 p.m.
There are two ticket options:
General Admission ticket ($25) admits you to the Annie Awards Ceremony ONLY and are only sold through UCLA Central Ticket Office, (surcharges will apply).

Some strange categories exist such as Character Animation in a Live Action Production which is between two awful movies
Quentin Miles - Clash of the Titans - Warner Bros.
Ryan Page - Alice in Wonderland - Sony Pictures
then you have
Voice Acting in a Television Production ,which seems kind of worthless
Jeff Bennett as The Necronomicon "Fanboy & Chum Chum" - Nickelodeon & Frederator
Corey Burton as Baron Papanoida "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" - Cartoon Network
Nika Futterman as Asajj Ventress "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" - Cartoon Network
Mike Henry as Cleveland Brown "The Cleveland Show" - Fox Television Animation
James Hong as Mr. Ping "Kung Fu Panda Holiday" - DreamWorks Animation
