Junko Mizuno was there opening night in person to sign fans vinyl toys and what have you, while she gave out candy. Her work is both disgusting and sweet. Violent, but lovely her pieces for this show were from her book, Hansel and Gretel, another one of her rewrites of a classic tale gone horrible wrong. She's been a long time artists of Nucleus and you've probably seen her art all over the net and trendy shops and galleries all around LA.
